Your print

Each print is made to order by my print lab, Lumaprints. The product page lists the paper, frame and size.

Screens show color differently, so the print may look a little different from the photo on your screen.

The product page says when a print trims the edges of a photo to fit its size.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order.

Shipping

I ship to the United States only. Shipping is free.

Prints are made to order in 2 to 3 business days. Most US orders arrive within 10 days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Damage, defects and lost orders

Because each print is made for you, I don’t accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.

If your print arrives damaged or defective, send me a photo within 14 days of delivery. I’ll send a replacement at no cost.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks, let me know and I’ll track it down or replace it.

Copyright

Buying a print gets you the physical print. I keep the copyright to the photo. You can display, sell or give away your print, but you can’t copy, scan or reproduce the photo.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.

If these terms change, the version on this page when you ordered applies to your order.
