The Office of Product and Program Innovation was created to explore, design, develop, and test the next generation of SNHU’s educational offerings. As a Senior Product Designer, I led the charge in crafting compelling end-to-end user experiences. My role involved collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, researching and defining user goals, and designing elegant user interfaces to solve complex business problems.

Due to the sensitive and confidential aspects of the projects I undertook for Southern New Hampshire University, I am restricted from showcasing this work on my public portfolio. However, I can share that my role involved leading several initiatives in collaboration with prominent AI and Machine Learning experts at Google, as well as partnering with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. These projects centered on researching, conceptualizing, and designing groundbreaking products from scratch.
