Oscar

Oscar was a custom application developed to bridge the gap between new home buyers, commercial real estate investors, property management and financial organizations in Brazil and other South American countries. The application guides the buyer through the entire process from the initial lead to the day they move in to their new home. Features include call center scheduling and script creation, document scanning and OCR review, bank and service provider management, custom reports and more.

I flew down to Los Angeles to meet with the founder and spent the week diving into the business model and building the new user flow from scratch. Armed with a clear understanding of the process I designed over 200 screens for this project and built an interactive prototype using Invision. I then worked with our overseas development team to provide them with a look & feel you’ll see below which was used to develop the application directly from the original wireframes.
